"A powerful experience." Stephen Janz

"A landmark event." Tony Chianese

"... the conference was BRILLIANT! Great venue, great speakers, great topics, great organization and loads of fun!" Emma Scully

"... thank you for organising things so well, I had a great time in Hangzhou at the hospital, I came back to Australia with a head full of knowledge." Joseph Cole

"After the seminar in Shanghai we had a very good feeling about everything. The seminar was excellent. The location couldn't be better, also a great rate for the hotel room. And the organization was perfect. The content and the quality of the lectures were impressive. I was so sorry to skip the lunches, which looked so tasty. The excursion to the factory was so nice, informative and pleasant. And the farewell-dinner was a memorable end of an unforgetable week for my wife and I." Henk Tjong

"I really enjoyed the seminars and would love to do it again in 2 years especially in Shanghai which is a fantastic city....I learned so much from the seminars and managed to write every bit of information from Bensky and Prof Wu."
Sally Charles

"A big thank you to you, the Seminars were fantastic and I am really pleased I came along. Incredible speakers and great subjects. There is really nothing I would have liked to see different. Great work! It has been very motivating and I'm spending all my spare time going through my notes! I'm glad to hear you want to do it again." Marieke O'Halloran

"... not only was the Shanghai conference a great experience, a wonderful opportunity to meet with other speakers and practitioners and a chance to see a part of China I might otherwise not have seen - but most of all it was the elegant and relaxed atmosphere you managed to maintain throughout the entire week which was so impressive."
Jane Lyttleton

Invitation to The Shanghai International TCM Seminars

Date: April 9-13, 2007.

Venue: The Hilton Hotel, Shanghai.

Seminars Cost: AUD$1345 (~US$995) (Includes all 8 seminars, seminar notes, refreshment breaks and lunches)

In every field there are people who are at the forefront of the development of their profession.

As general practitioners we rely on these people to open doors to new strategies, and in our field of TCM, to unlock the past and make it accessible to us.

With that in mind, we are very proud to announce the opening of registration for the very first Shanghai International TCM Seminars to be held in Shanghai from the 9th April 2007 to the 13th April 2007.

We are honoured to present the following speakers:

Dan Bensky (USA)

Volker Scheid (Germany)

Professor Wu Boping (China)

Jane Lyttleton (Australia)

We aim to give Practitioners the opportunity to return to their roots in China while at the same time to absorb a wealth of knowledge from four of the worlds leading authorities in TCM.

There will also be post seminar advanced training opportunities for attendees.
Specialist TCM Doctors in selected hospitals will enable you to observe practice inside a Chinese hospital.

And to see the technologies behind Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture, we have organised excursions to China’s premier maker of concentrated herbal granules and China’s newest acupuncture needle manufacturer.

Apart from TCM, Shanghai offers an amazing experience of old and new China.

Our venue, The Hilton Hotel, offers everything you would expect from a five star hotel, and is ideally located close to markets, tourist attractions and wonderful tree lined streets.

We look forward to seeing you in Shanghai in April 2007.

Wade James - Conference Director, SITCMS
Yennie Guo - Executive Director, SITCMS
Jodie Casson - Executive Director, SITCMS
